The history of the Russian flag can be traced from the second half of the XVII century when during the voyage of Peter I in the White sea the flag, consisting of three horizontal stripes of white, blue and red colors with a Golden double-headed eagle was first raised. Paying homage to the history of Russia, the Italian company Ancora created a set of three pens, made in the colors of the Russian tricolor with elements of gilded silver.
